  1. Marketplace Role

FixDomo is a technology marketplace operated by Cases Resolve. FixDomo connects Customers with independent Providers. FixDomo does not itself provide the services listed on the Platform and is not a party to the service agreement formed between a Customer and a Provider.

  1. No Employment or Agency

A Provider's presence on FixDomo does not constitute an employment, partnership or agency relationship between the Provider and FixDomo. Providers are independent businesses or individuals who are solely responsible for their services, qualifications, licences, permits, insurance and compliance with applicable law.

  1. No Guarantee of Services

FixDomo does not warrant the quality, safety, legality or timeliness of services provided by Providers. Customers independently select Providers and are encouraged to review profiles, reviews, qualifications, licences and insurance information where available.

  1. Identity Verification

Identity verification performed through the Platform reduces certain risks but does not eliminate them. Verification status is not a guarantee of a Provider's work, conduct or qualifications.

  1. Disputes

Disputes regarding services are between the Customer and the Provider. FixDomo may, at its discretion, facilitate communication and request relevant information to assist in resolving disputes, but is not obligated to resolve them.
