This Privacy Policy describes how Cases Resolve ("FixDomo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information of Customers and Providers who use the FixDomo marketplace.

  1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account and using the Platform, including: your name, email address, phone number, location, profile details, photographs and files you upload, communications through the Platform, payment-related identifiers processed by our payment providers, and, where required by law, taxpayer identification information such as a Social Insurance Number ("SIN") or CRA Business Number ("BN").

A SIN is not used as a general account identifier. Taxpayer identification information is encrypted at rest and is collected and used solely for tax reporting, legal compliance and identity verification purposes.

  1. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the marketplace, verify identity, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, process payments and payouts, comply with applicable law (including reporting platform obligations under Part XX of the Income Tax Act), communicate with you, and improve the Platform.

  1. How We Share Information

We share information with other users only as needed to operate the marketplace — for example, a Provider's contact details are shared with a Customer only after the Customer accepts the Provider's proposal. We may share information with service providers (payment processors, identity verification, communications) and with government authorities where required by law, including the Canada Revenue Agency.

  1. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and correct your account information through the Platform. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

  1. Data Security and Retention

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of sensitive data at rest and restricted access controls. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by law.
